German-market ‘C00’ car first registered in November 1990 Carrera 4
Less than 9K miles on engine rebuild with renowned Porsche specialist PIE Performance Tuning completed in Nov 2021 3.6 to 3.8-litres giving it more low end torque.
Rebuilt Transmission / New clutch
Same owner imported to the UK in 2010, and it was his daily driver, he drove it to France every summer.
The car was featured in the July 2022 issue of 911 and Porsche World Magazine, in an eight-page article written by Johnny Tipler.
Restoration was done at about 138K miles on chassis /everything rebuilt, paint, suspension, engine, interior.
Already Titled in the USA and ready to go!

Exterior The car has been stripped from its original blue color and repainted in Metallic Dark Grey, the paint looks fantastic with no major dents or scratches. The car has a beautiful stance and rides on 18-inch custom Fuchs style wheels sourced from Group 4 Wheels, which are painted black and wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tyres. Suspension was overhauled and now has Powerflex polyurethane bushings, Bilstein B16 coilovers, and Eibach 30mm lowering springs, beefy Strut Brace- upgraded LED Tech Light headlights sourced from Design 911, which feature individual lenses for dip and main-beam,as well as bumper-mounted 993 fog lamps, indicators and sidelights, and RS-style brake cooling ducts.

*Interior The interior has been redone with all new leather, a mix of black, marine blue and grey which looks amazing when seen in person. The dash is black with blue stitching, along with the door tops, the door cards are marine blue, New RS carpets are black while the OEM sports seats are a dark grey to match the exterior. Momo Portotipe steering wheel, Alpine radio with BT.

*Mechanically This is where it gets even better, the car had an extensive engine rebuild by very well known in Europe Pie Performance, the rebuild included 3.8-litre barrels, new cylinder heads, a reground crankshaft, Mahle pistons, RS-specification camshafts, and a PPT ECU, wideband sensors and ignition kit. An oxygen sensor was fitted to the Hayward and Scott stainless steel exhaust system which sounds proper and intoxicating, and power is sent to the transmission through an RS-specification clutch and a light weight flywheel which is tuned by pie performance to not chatter or cause any loss of idle issues. Standard 964 Carrera 4 calipers and discs are bolstered by Pagid RS pads and fluid with a high-boiling point.

Most Recent Services:

In March 2024 the engine oil, oil filter, ignition leads, starter motor and alternator were replaced by the Porsche specialist Autowerke in Norwich.
The car was serviced by Pie Performance in Sept '22 and in Nov 21'
Heating system, billet lower cam covers, ABS control unit, sunroof seals and gearbox oil have recently been replaced.

I have personally driven this car from London to Paris and through Belgium it is my favorite 964 i've ever driven, the power delivery is instant with lots of low end torque due to the 3.8, the tuning and upgrades- The car feels light like a C2 but still gives you the confidence of a C4. There is a reason why this car has articles written about it in magazines!!
